Can't find 2014 Boot Media Builder

I feel like a complete ninny. I just bought, downloaded and installed 2014 64 bit version. It works just fine with Windows 8.1 but I can't find how to make a bootable cd or USB flash drive. Do I need to download something else? I guess I assumed the media builder was included in the package I downloaded.
